about herself and then she informed me that i might schedule our first conference um she sent me the dates that she was available which resembled a week from this time that we were talking um so whatever was a week out so i sent her back an action and i was like hey i picked this date which resembled one of the options that she had so she verified it she sent me like a verification email stating like this is your very first meeting with your therapist and what to anticipate and what to you know be and bring gotten ready for so i was so thrilled like i had actually journaled out how i was feeling what i was going through what i desired guidance on or just like what i wished to discuss so the day that we’re expected to meet we’re doing a virtual.
