draining pipes so that’s why i looked for therapy i looked for a therapist um was always pointed out in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i like her um she constantly advised it or did like um she was sponsored by them so she would constantly promote it and i’m like you know what it was a point in my life where like i needed some expert aid um just some suggestions simply somebody to listen to me um while i vent you understand i simply needed that aid so i was like let me give a try and um so i joined the month-to-month membership for about 275 dollars um and i was assigned a counselor and you understand she sends a message that basically states like um hello welcome um tell me about yourself i sent a quick introduction about who i am um why i selected for help and um so that was that so then she sent me another reaction because everything was online so it’s like messaging back and forth which is pretty practical um although i remain in person sort of individual i would rather be face to face with somebody um not to mention i’m also a bad texter so like this really wasn’t for me but i still wanted to give it a try um so then after i informed her about me and things like that she you know told me.
about herself and after that she told me that i could arrange our first conference um she sent me the dates that she was readily available which was like a week from this time that we were talking um so whatever was a week out so i sent her back a response and i resembled hey i picked this date which resembled one of the alternatives that she had so she validated it she sent me like a verification email saying like this is your first conference with your therapist and what to expect and what to you understand bring and be prepared for so i was so excited like i had actually journaled out how i was feeling what i was going through what i wanted guidance on or much like what i wanted to discuss so the day that we’re supposed to satisfy we’re doing a virtual.
