please seek help whether that be with or another counseling service please get help therapy and treatment in general is so beneficial and crucial um for us due to the fact that i understand personally you understand i manage a lot and you understand my anxiety in some cases it gets the best of me you know and it constantly feels good to have a professional aid you know um i’m the type of individual that i don’t want to vent or pour or put so much on the people that i enjoy that’s close to me like i don’t want to drain them with my problems although i will go to them if it’s something like detrimental and i require to speak about you understand but i’m simply not the person to call someone every day like oh i’m so stressed out or you understand like oh like i just seem like that’s.
draining so that’s why i searched for counseling i searched for a therapist um was constantly discussed in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i enjoy her um she constantly suggested it or simulated um she was sponsored by them so she would constantly promote it and i resemble you know what it was a point in my life where like i needed some expert help um just some suggestions simply someone to listen to me um while i vent you understand i simply needed that assistance so i was like let me give a try and um so i signed up with the month-to-month subscription for about 275 dollars um and i was assigned a therapist and you understand she sends out a message that generally says like um hey there welcome um inform me about yourself i sent out a short intro about who i am um why i picked for help and um so that was that so then she sent me another action due to the fact that whatever was online so it’s like messaging back and forth which is quite practical um even though i am in person kind of person i would rather be face to face with somebody um not to mention i’m also a bad texter so like this really wasn’t for me but i still wanted to give it a try um so then after i informed her about me and things like that she you understand informed me.
about herself and then she told me that i might schedule our very first meeting um she sent me the dates that she was offered which was like a week from this time that we were talking um so whatever was a week out so i sent her back an action and i resembled hello i selected this date which resembled one of the choices that she had so she verified it she sent me like a confirmation e-mail stating like this is your first conference with your counselor and what to expect and what to you know bring and be gotten ready for so i was so delighted like i had actually journaled out how i was feeling what i was going through what i desired suggestions on or just like what i wished to discuss so the day that we’re supposed to fulfill we’re doing a virtual.
